What GoWalker does

GoWalker makes fitness data, such as distance, steps and activity, and uploads it to a Google account you connect, at the times and speeds you choose. The GoWalker Android app shows the same site.

Your account

Keep your password to yourself and give correct details when asked. An account is for one person. You are responsible for what is done with your account, so tell the admins of GoWalker straight away if you think someone else is using it.

Using it fairly

Only connect Google accounts that are yours, or that you are allowed to use. You are responsible for how the data GoWalker uploads is used, and for following the rules of Google and of every app or game that reads that data.

Some apps and games don't allow data made this way. Using GoWalker with them may break their rules, and they may limit or close your account there. That is between you and them, and GoWalker takes no responsibility for it.

Don't use GoWalker to break the law or to harm anyone. Don't try to get around its limits, get into accounts or parts of the site that aren't yours, overload it, copy it in bulk, or upload anything harmful. Don't sell or share access to it.

Other services

GoWalker works with Google, and can work with Discord and Patreon. Each of them has its own terms and privacy policy, which apply when you use them through GoWalker.

Some parts of GoWalker may need a pledge on Patreon after a free trial. Pledges, payments and refunds are handled by Patreon, under its terms.

The service itself

GoWalker is offered as it is, and as it is available. It may change, pause, or stop altogether, and uploads may fail or be late. Keep your own copy of anything you can't lose.

Accounts that break these terms, or that put the site or its users at risk, may be limited, locked or deleted, with or without warning.

Responsibility

As far as the law allows, GoWalker comes with no promise of any kind, including that it will suit your purpose, be available, or be free of mistakes.

As far as the law allows, the people who run GoWalker isn't responsible for any loss or harm that comes from using GoWalker or from not being able to use it. That includes lost data, data uploaded in error, and accounts that other services limit or close. Nothing in these terms takes away rights the law gives you that can't be taken away.

Not associated

GoWalker is an independent project. It isn't associated with, endorsed by or sponsored by knifeantic, scoperly, Google, or the makers of pkego or pkimini. Their names are used only to say what GoWalker works with, and belong to their owners.

Ending it

You can stop at any time. Disconnect your Google accounts on the site, and ask the admins of GoWalker to delete your account. The privacy policy says what happens to your data.

Changes and contact

These terms may change as GoWalker does. The date at the top says when they last changed. Using GoWalker after a change means you accept the new version.
